Summary:

DS Rose and his colleagues, newly promoted DI Baxter and young American ingenue, DC Edmunds are called to a grim discovery in a block of flats: six victims have been reassembled into one gruesome body. Rose sets out on a secret investigation to find the killer before it's too late, as the serial murderer taunts them.
